Every one of the six handles parking differently. On an island where a rental car is the default, that column changes the day more than the waterfall does.

Parking is the real fork

• Hotel Bridge — four of its twelve verified room types carry “no parking” in the name. One guest booked a rate that included underground parking and always had a space, so parking is not absent — it is stripped out of some rates. The cheaper type may be one of those, so check the booking screen
• Seogwipo KAL Hotel — the only one of the six where reviews repeatedly describe parking as generous
• Shinshin Cheonjiyeon — the opposite end. Six reviews raise a shortage; guests are directed to a public parking tower five minutes away, free if you leave before 9am
• The First70 — limited spaces, but the hotel covers the nearby public car park fee, mentioned repeatedly
• Goldendaisy — a mechanical stacker, with a public car park three minutes away for cars that do not fit
• The Island Blue — SUVs use the outdoor lot in front; everything else goes in the stacker. One room type has “mechanical parking” in its name

Without a car the order inverts

Shinshin Cheonjiyeon has a bus stop directly outside — one guest skipped the rental entirely. The property with the worst parking becomes the best for transport. It is also the only one of the six with a single room in its list.

Seogwipo KAL Hotel draws a report that the airport limousine bus terminates inside the hotel grounds. Routes and times change, so confirm when you book.

How long the walk to dinner is

All of them are walkable, but five minutes and ten minutes repeat every evening of the stay.

• Goldendaisy is closest — guests describe going to the market daily and ordering food in the morning to collect later
• The First70 is about seven minutes, and three reviews single out the ground-floor convenience store, which covers the hours after the market shuts
• The Island Blue is under ten, but rooms include a kitchenette, a large fridge and a long island table, and several guests describe eating market food there
• Hotel Bridge is also about ten — and its reviews note that the market closes early, so plan the evening accordingly

If time on the property matters

There is one answer: Seogwipo KAL Hotel. For the other five, the confirmed facilities amount to a restaurant.

KAL has a confirmed pool, sauna, gym and bar — and the thing its reviews return to most is not on any facility list: a garden looking out to the sea. It is also the only one of the six that checks out at noon, which on a property 30km from the airport is a real hour on the last morning.

The trade is 950m from the waterfall, outside the walkable cluster, and only four standard room types. It is chosen for its grounds, not its rooms.

Party size and room choice

• For a group, The Island Blue — three different family suites plus a penthouse, with reviews describing three beds and two bathrooms, and one party of six adults in a single room
• For range, Hotel Bridge at twelve types and The First70 at ten
• Travelling alone, Shinshin Cheonjiyeon lists a single
• Goldendaisy has only four types and no double bed among them — confirm the bed setup if that matters

“Ocean view” needs checking

Seogwipo town sits on a cliff, not a beach. The label appears and the reviews qualify it — “side sea view”, “half ocean view”, “not right on the water, a bit closed in”, and at one property simply advice not to come for the view.
