The number that matters most: 870m to VinWonders Nha Trang and 800m to the Vinpearl amusement park. If your trip revolves around the parks, that distance is effectively the whole argument.

Going the other way, Cam Ranh International Airport is 23.98km — about 40 minutes per the property’s listing. Nha Trang railway station is 6.3km, Nha Trang Centre 5.14km, Nha Trang Beach 3.41km, and the National Oceanographic Museum 3.11km. The cable car terminal is 3.55km.

But those are all distances measured from after you leave the island. Getting to town means a cable car or boat first. That is likely why Agoda’s location score here is 8.6, on the low side for Nha Trang.

One detail worth knowing before you book a villa: guests report that even in a four-bedroom unit, only one of the three bedrooms had a bathtub. If a tub matters, check the room-by-room inclusions on the booking screen.

Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is noon. Children aged 0–3 are listed as staying free.

There is a water park, a kids’ club, a children’s playground and children’s pool, a private beach, outdoor pools, a fitness centre, tennis courts, a spa and massage, sauna, steam room, a games room and meeting rooms. Golf is listed as available locally rather than on site.

The facilities match the 651-room scale, so a full day without leaving the resort is easy. Breakfast is a buffet and reviews rate it well.

The thing that actually catches people out is not the facilities — it is the getting around. Pulling the reviews together:

• Every trip on or off the island is a cable car or boat. You check in at a separate reception before boarding and your luggage goes ahead to the room, so the crossing itself is unencumbered.
• On the island you move by buggy rather than car, called from your room. Some guests say one turns up immediately; others report waiting a long while.
• Anything beyond breakfast and the resort restaurants means walking out to Vinpearl Harbour. The harbour is large enough that it is a real walk, and guests note the outlets are few and priced high for what they are.

The beach is private, but some reviews mention currents strong enough that they only waded in. Swimming may be more realistic in the pools. Several guests mention a fireworks show on Friday and Saturday evenings.
