Location & getting around

The property sits set back from the beachfront road, on Nguyen Van Thoai, at the northern end of the My Khe beach strip. My Khe Beach is 650m away — walkable — and the landmarks people actually visit are close: DHC Marina at 1.5km, Dragon Bridge at 1.7km, and the Han River swing bridge at 2.4km. Guest reviews put the walk to the sand at under ten minutes.

Airport access is the standout. Da Nang International Airport is 4.4km straight-line away, about an 11-minute drive. On a red-eye arrival or a late departure that difference is the whole evening. Da Nang railway station is 3.9km and the central bus terminal 7.3km.

Everyday errands are close too: a pharmacy at 40m, VinMart at 1.4km, and Han Market at 2.8km. If you are traveling with kids, having a pharmacy essentially next door matters more than it sounds.

That 2.8km to Han Market is the figure worth comparing across Da Nang beach stays. Resorts further south along the same strip sit around 4.5km from the market, and down at Non Nuoc Beach it is over 9km. “Beachfront in Da Nang” does not mean one single level of city access.

The trade-off is that the beach is walkable, not on your doorstep. If you pictured stepping off a balcony onto sand, this is a different kind of property. A shuttle to nearby attractions is listed — confirm the hours and stops with the property after booking.

The room lineup is unusually granular: superior (no view), deluxe king and twin city view, elite deluxe pool/city view with balcony, junior suites, a family duplex suite, and a triple with balcony.

For larger parties, start with the family duplex suite or the junior suite with one double plus one single bed. Groups of three should also look at the triple balcony rooms.

Guest reviews show a genuinely mixed crowd — couples, families with teenagers, families with young children, and solo travelers. This is not a property tuned to one segment only.

The thing to watch is that the names are very close to each other. “Elite deluxe pool view” and “deluxe king city view” differ by a word but change the view and the balcony. And “pool view” means the pool is in your window, not in your room. A private pool appears in the property’s facility list, but nothing in the room names says which type carries it. If you intend to stay on the property all day, a resort with its own private beach fits better. If your evenings are in city restaurants and night markets, this location saves you the commute.

On airport access alone, 4.4km and an 11-minute drive is at the closer end for Da Nang. On a two or three night trip, that time comes back to you as actual sightseeing.
