Location & getting around

The hotel sits on To Hien Thanh Street in Tan Lap, 500m from the city centre by the property’s own measure.

Agoda scores it 9.7 for location — among the highest in Nha Trang. Nha Trang Beach is 530m away, Nha Trang Cathedral 920m, Nha Trang Center 1km, the railway station 1.4km and the Lien Tinh bus stop 2.2km. Day-to-day errands are short too: an ATM at 680m, a dental clinic at 150m.

Reviews make the same point repeatedly — guests describe barely using Grab except for airport runs, walking instead to restaurants and massage shops nearby.

The airport is the trade. Cam Ranh International Airport is 25.6km straight-line away, about 35 minutes according to the property. That is what a central location costs here, and on an early departure or a late arrival it adds up to over an hour of transfers across the trip.

Rooms & occupancy

Built in 2019, renovated in 2024, four stars, 164 rooms. The property lists rooms at 30–37 sqm.

What actually separates this hotel is occupancy. Of the 15 room types on record, four are triples — Premier Deluxe Triple, Premier Triple, Deluxe Triple with balcony, and Senior Deluxe Triple — and two are quads: Deluxe Quadruple and Senior Deluxe City View Quadruple. In a city where most hotels stop at a triple, that matters for a party of three or four.

A few things worth knowing from the reviews:

• Two adults with two children describe requesting an extra bed and having it placed between the beds.
• Plenty of reviews call the rooms spacious; a few call them tight. The variation between types is real, so read the full room name before booking.
• The view is not the reason to book here. Only Suite Sea View and Premier Executive Sea View Twin carry a sea view; the rest are city view, and reviews say as much.
• Some guests heard the neighbouring room, and several mention weak bathroom ventilation.

Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out noon. Free child occupancy is listed as ages 2 to 5. By guest type, families with infants and young children come first, then couples, families with teenagers and groups. Couples give it 9.1 and business travellers 8.8.

Facilities

The rooftop pool and poolside bar

The outdoor pool sits on the roof with a poolside bar attached. Its size draws consistent comment — fine for a dip, not somewhere to spend an afternoon. If pool time is the point of the trip, this is the wrong building. A children’s pool is listed, so check the depth before you rely on it.

Spa and the free fitness centre

There is a spa, and reviews repeatedly describe massages on the 21st floor — convenient enough that guests mention not bothering to go out for it. The fitness centre is listed as free, but reviews note two treadmills and a 6:00 AM opening. If strength training is part of your routine, plan around it.

Breakfast

Buffet, and opinion divides. Pho, cooked eggs and fruit kept topped up come up on one side; a thin selection on the other. Treat it as a rate question rather than a reason to book.

Compared & alternatives

Within the same Tan Lap area, Le’s Cham Hotel rates higher — 9.8 for location and 9.1 overall — but runs only eight room types against fifteen here.
